Compile Technical Training Learners Progress Reports (daily, weekly and monthly)

To direct and co-ordinate operational aspects through project life cycles to ensure optimum performance according to Life of Mine, business requirements, organisational objectives and sound engineering practice.To provide support to Manager, Engineering to optimize performance of equipment through operational and maintenance processes, methods and technology of assets. Ensuring operational readiness related to projects.

Operate trucks in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage of loss of life. Ensure that the load is safe before departure. Take responsibility for the stock or people in transit. Adhere to general mine and traffic rules and regulations. Responsible for own Health and Safety and others. Deliver or collect material to and from clients. Ensure material is secured properly compliant with safety requirements. Ensure even weight distribution and not overloading of trucks.

Assisting with medium-to-long term maintenance and asset management strategy implementation for the mine/plant. • Addressing all key elements of the Asset Management Strategy using KPI’s. • Facilitating and participating in the Asset Management assessments. Maintenance Strategy • Establishing programs to minimise unplanned downtime on critical equipment. • Using maintenance intelligence to effectively enhance maintenance planning. • Preparing and distributing maintenance plans aligned to maintenance strategies. • Conducting resource planning. • Integration of safety standards within maintenance systems.
